Terms of Service
Simple terms for using Earlyburd.
Last updated: July 2026
The service
Earlyburd helps users discover and monitor second-hand listings from connected or publicly accessible sources. Listings remain controlled by their original marketplaces and sellers.
User authorization
You may connect only accounts and sessions you are authorized to use. You are responsible for complying with marketplace rules and applicable laws.
No purchase guarantee
Earlyburd does not guarantee listing accuracy, availability, seller reliability, final price, product condition, safety, or successful purchase. Users must verify listings before transacting.
Alerts and estimates
Match scores, price estimates, condition assessments, and alerts are informational. They may be incomplete or incorrect and should not replace independent judgment.
Prohibited use
Do not use Earlyburd to access accounts without permission, bypass security controls, purchase prohibited goods, harass sellers, commit fraud, or interfere with marketplace services.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as Earlyburd develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
